Refund and Returns Policy
Ballia Corpus is a contract manufacturer of dietary supplements, sports supplements, organic cosmetics, tea, rice, millets, and personal care products. This policy applies only to our business-to-business manufacturing orders and inquiries. Submitting an inquiry or quotation request is not the same as a purchase or confirmed order. No right to a refund or return exists unless and until a manufacturing agreement is reached and confirmed in writing by LyonsBarry®. We value transparent resolutions and will work flexibly with clients to address legitimate issues.

Non-Refundable: All product samples provided for evaluation are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only to confirmed B2B manufacturing orders (not to inquiries or quotes) and only under strict conditions. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or standard dissatisfaction. Refunds are granted only when there is a documented issue such as:
Manufacturing Defects: Product contamination, incorrect ingredients, or other defects in the batch.
Packaging/Labeling Errors: Wrong packaging type, quantity per pack, or labeling mistakes that deviate from the agreed specifications.
Formulation Non-Conformance: Product that does not meet the exact agreed formulation or quality specifications.
All claims must be substantiated by appropriate evidence (see Claim Process below). If no defect or error is found, refunds are not provided.
Claim Process and Documentation
To request a refund or return, please email care@balliacorpus.com as soon as possible after delivery. Your claim should include:
Order Details: Your order number, date of delivery, and product information.
Issue Description: A clear explanation of the problem.
Inspection Results: Results from an immediate post-delivery inspection (photos, lab test reports, or other evidence) that demonstrate the defect, packaging error, or formulation mismatch.
We will review the documentation and may request additional information. Do not return any products before receiving our authorization. Authorized returns will include a written Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Returns and Shipping
Return Authorization: Returns must be pre-approved by LyonsBarry® in writing. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
Shipping Instructions: Once approved, you will be given instructions on how and where to ship the goods. Customers should package returned items securely and provide shipment tracking.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping and handling costs are at the customer’s expense unless the claim is approved. If LyonsBarry® confirms the defect or error after inspection, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Approval and Timing: If a refund is approved, we will process it within 30 days of confirming the issue. This timeline allows for verification of the claim.
Form of Refund: Refunds will be issued in the original payment form (e.g. bank transfer). We may also offer re-credit or replacement at our discretion.
Partial Refunds: In some cases (minor defects or partial errors), a partial refund or credit may be offered instead of a full refund.
Legal and Compliance Notes
Consumer Rights Do Not Apply: LyonsBarry® operates strictly as a B2B manufacturer. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights (such as the 14-day cancellation period in the EU and UK) do not apply to customized manufacturing orders. Under EU and UK law, for example, the 14-day “cooling-off” period explicitly excludes made-to-order or customized goods.
Contractual Basis: Our refund policy is governed by the terms explicitly agreed upon in our supply contract. We honor only the terms of our written agreements and announced policies.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from manufacturing orders or this policy will be handled under international trade law:
UN CISG: Contracts will be construed under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), which provides a fair framework for international B2B sales.
International Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be referred to international arbitration (e.g. ICC/ICA rules) as mutually agreed.
DGFT QCTD (India): For trade issues involving India, parties may use the Directorate General of Foreign Trade’s Quality Complaints & Trade Disputes (QCTD) mechanism, which promotes amicable resolution of export/import complaints.
We aim for amicable settlement of any disagreements and will follow the above procedures in good faith.

Per FTC advertising law, LyonsBarry® ensures that all claims in our communications are substantiated and not misleading. For dietary supplements, any health or structure/function claims include the required FDA disclaimer:
