Whistle‑blower & Grievance Redressal Policy

This Whistle‑blower & Grievance Redressal Policy provides a mechanism for employees, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders to report concerns about unethical conduct, compliance violations or any grievances without fear of retaliation. It also ensures that all complaints are addressed promptly and fairly.
2. Scope
This Policy covers complaints or grievances relating to:
Financial misconduct, fraud or corruption.
Breaches of human rights, unethical sourcing or labour violations.
Health and safety hazards or environmental violations.
Harassment, discrimination or unfair treatment in the workplace.
Violations of company policies, legal requirements or ethical standards.
3. Reporting Mechanisms
Email Reporting. Concerns can be reported confidentially via email to our designated compliance officer using our official email address (care@balliacorpus.com). To assist with a thorough investigation, include details of the incident, names of parties involved, dates and any supporting evidence.
Written Reports. Hard copy reports may be delivered to our registered address. Envelopes should be marked “Confidential – Attention: Compliance Officer.”
Anonymous Reporting. Anonymity is respected. However, providing contact information can help us follow up and resolve issues effectively. Anonymous reports will be investigated to the extent possible.
4. Protection Against Retaliation
Ballia Corpus strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. Retaliation includes dismissal, demotion, harassment or any adverse action as a result of reporting. Any act of retaliation will result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination and legal action.
5. Investigation and Resolution
Acknowledgement. Reports will be acknowledged promptly. We will keep the complainant informed of the status to the extent permitted by confidentiality and privacy considerations.
Investigation. An impartial investigation will be conducted to determine the facts. Investigations may involve interviews, document review and consultation with subject matter experts. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible.
Corrective Actions. If a violation is confirmed, Ballia Corpus will take appropriate corrective actions, which may include disciplinary measures, policy changes, training or improvements to processes.
Feedback. Where possible, we will provide feedback to the reporting party regarding the outcome, unless restricted by legal or privacy considerations.
