Customs Compliance – We assist clients with documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, certificates of analysis) and ensure adherence to import regulations in the destination country. However, final responsibility for customs clearance lies with the importer.
Temperature Control – For products requiring specific storage conditions, we offer temperature‑controlled shipping solutions and validated cold‑chain logistics.
Insurance – Cargo insurance can be arranged upon request, covering loss or damage during transit. Terms and coverage depend on incoterms agreed in the contract.
Lead Times – Estimated shipping times vary based on destination, quantity and product type. We advise clients to plan for production and transit lead times in consultation with our logistics team.
Restricted Goods – Some ingredients or products may require special permits or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. We inform clients of any such constraints during the quotation phase and guide them through compliance.
