Payment Terms
We offer flexible and clear payment terms across its various manufacturing services to ensure transparency and client satisfaction. Here are the detailed payment terms for each service:
Retail
- Payment: 100% payment in advance via any legal mode of payment.
- Shipping Charges: 100% shipping charges of reliable courier services providers available for the destination.
Private Labeling, White Labeling, Contract Manufacturing, and Third-Party Manufacturing
Payment Schedule:
- 50% payment in advance via any legal mode of payment.
- After completion of manufacturing:
- Client receives physical samples by courier, video call, photos, and videos of the product.
- Remaining 50% payment, including shipping charges, is due before dispatch.
Shipping Charges (If client arranges their shipping company):
- Transport charges from our warehouse to the client’s chosen shipping company’s warehouse are applicable.
Unique Products
- Payment: 80% advance payment via any legal mode of payment.
- Remaining Payment: 20% balance payment, including shipping charges, due after completion and approval of the product.
General Payment Terms
- Letters of Credit: We accept payment through a Bank Letter of Credit issued by any premier bank in the buyer’s country, covering 60% of the invoice value. The remaining 40% is to be paid in advance via SWIFT, TT, FPS, ACH, EFT, FAST, GIRO, MEPS, or UPI.
